Panty Club questions
How does the Panty Club work?+
Pick a plan, tell us your size and favorite cuts and fabrics, and a box of new pairs ships every month with shipping included.
How am I charged?+
Monthly plans charge the same amount each month. Prepaid plans charge once for 12 months at a lower price per month. There are no credits and no extra fees.
Can I skip a month?+
Yes. Skip the next box in your account up to 3 months in a row, and you are not charged for a skipped month on a monthly plan.
How do I cancel?+
In your account, Manage billing, Cancel. The plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
Can I change plans?+
Yes, in your account. Moving to a bigger plan charges the difference for the rest of the current period right away.
