Shipping Policy
We ship to US addresses only. Shipping is $5.95 per order and free on orders of $50 or more after pack savings. Orders arrive in 3 to 7 business days in a plain outer mailer, and you get the tracking number by email.

Processing
Orders are packed within 2 business days of payment. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding US federal holidays.
Discreet packaging
The outer mailer is plain with no product description. Our name appears only on the satin envelope inside. Card statements show a short neutral descriptor.
Tracking
As soon as the order ships, we email the carrier and tracking number. Signed-in shoppers also see tracking in their account.
Addresses
We deliver to street addresses, apartments and PO boxes in the 50 states and Washington, DC. Please check the address on the payment page; once an order is packed we cannot change it.
Lost or late parcels
If tracking has not moved for 7 business days, or the parcel shows delivered but you cannot find it, write to [email protected] with your order number and we resend or refund.
