Returns and Fit Promise

You can return unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. For hygiene reasons opened panties cannot be returned, but your first order is covered by the Fit Promise: if the size is wrong, we send the right one and you keep the first pair. Faulty items are always replaced or refunded.

Fit Promise

• One free size exchange on your first order, for one item.
• No need to send the pair back.
• Request it in your account next to the order, pick the new size, and we ship it within 2 business days.

Unopened returns

1. Open your order in the account and choose Return unopened items, or email us with the order number if you checked out as a guest.
2. We email a prepaid return label within 1 business day.
3. Refunds go back to the original card within 5 business days after the parcel arrives.

Items must be unopened, unworn and in the original envelope with the hygiene liner in place. Bras, bodysuits, corsets, garter belts, robes and sleepwear can be returned unworn with tags on.

Faulty or wrong items

If something arrives damaged, with a defect, or not what you ordered, tell us within 30 days and we replace or refund it, including the shipping.

Panty Club

Club boxes follow the same rules. You can skip or cancel the club at any time in your account; a canceled plan stays active until the end of the paid period.

Your rights

This policy does not limit any rights you have under the consumer law of your state.
