Orders and prices

Prices are in US dollars. Mix pack prices (3 for $32, 5 for $45, 7 for $55) apply automatically to pack-eligible panties in the bag. Shipping costs are shown before payment. Any applicable sales tax is shown on the payment page. A contract is formed when we confirm your payment by email.

Payment

We accept major credit and debit cards through a secure payment page. Payments may require 3D Secure verification by your bank.

Shipping

We ship to US addresses only, as described in the shipping policy.

Returns

Returns, the Fit Promise and faulty items are covered by the returns policy.

Panty Club subscription

• The club renews automatically every month, or every 12 months for prepaid plans, at the price shown when you joined, until you cancel.
• You can cancel at any time in your account. The plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for, and no further charge is made.
• Moving to a bigger plan charges the difference for the rest of the current period right away. Moving to a smaller plan applies the difference as credit on your next invoice.
• Monthly members can skip up to 3 boxes in a row; a skipped month is not charged.
• We will email you before any price change, and you can cancel before it applies.

Accounts

Keep your password private. We may suspend accounts used for fraud or abuse.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law that applies to consumer contracts in your state of residence.
